The bad news is there will be no Sunday 11-01-09 Night Football contest on NBC television this week #8 of the NFL regular season because because game #4 of the MLB Major League Baseball 2009 World Series between the New York Yankees against the Philadelphia Philies is being played tonight on FOX TV. The good news is we have a NCAA college football Conference USA game being played on ESPN television as the Marshal Thundering Herd go on the road to Bright House Networks and play the UCF Knights.
Right now at Bookmaker.com which is “Where the Line Originates” the Central Florida Knights are a minus seven(-7) point home favorite with the over / under game total forty-three(43) points scored in the contest by both teams combined together. We have good chance to make $$ here.
Now I don’t have a lot of time to go into much analysis on this pick because I am getting ready to leave for 5:00pm Mass, but I will be betting The Marshal Thundering Herd in this spot against the Central Florida Knights. The bottom line here is the Marshall Thundering Herd own the Central Florida Knights at the betting window. There has only been a betting line seven(7) times when these two(2) teams play and Marshall is six(6) and one(1) against the spread in those games. Until Central Florida can show me they can cover the point spread against Marshall on a more consistent basis there is no way I can lay a touchdown with the Knights which is why I will be betting on the Thundering Herd, Sunday 11-01-09, night in their ESPN TV game plus the points!
